What can I say? Wadd FC were excellent in spells and in those periods did us considerable damage, we were up against it from the kick off. This week we had Goose, Jake, Joe, Matt, Phil, Sean and Andy all playing and for the first 5 minutes all looked reasonably OK. Then in a 5 minute spell they knocked in 2 good goals through powerful, accurate shots from distance and scored a third from close range after we failed to clear the danger effectively.

We pulled one back when their (stand in?) keeper managed to bundle the ball in the back of the net when it would have been 10 times easier to save it. We'll take that. So they knocked in a fourth just before half time. The second half was much the same, but we kept them down to just the two goals. Result!
